Judge questions Ocean Industries' good faith in polo fields case
San Diego Superior Court Judge Victor M. Torres denied a motion to dismiss the Fairbanks Polo Club Homes lawsuit over the former Del Mar polo fields on Sept. 9 and questioned whether Ocean Industries acted in good faith when it assigned deed rights to the HOA in 2017 and later helped the city remove those same protections.
